Let’s talk about this for a second,

When he says “Come on, accounting is sexy” It’s almost like he’s trying to slip in as much flirting as he can before he leaves, like he’s trying to make sure Emma remembers him which is really sweet because it’s like, yeah, Emma’s gonna forget the love of her life. And then when he puts his folder in his bag, he puts it in really fast like he’s excited for something or wants to leave soon, but then he looks at Emma’s face and her small smile and he stares at her face for a few beats, just to remember it, to remember the features and the way she does her hair and her huge eyes and the lips he wants to kiss and the neck he wants to suck on. He sighs and his heart breaks and he says “I’m gonna miss you.” And he really will.

Imagine Will working in a cubical, coming home to a wife who is bi-polar and hormonal even when she’s not pregnant. As much as I love Will and Terri together, Will is miserable with her. Terri is selfish and kinda a bitch. She only cares about herself and doesn’t bother to care about what Will cares about, i.e, Glee Club. Emma on the other hand, Emma cares. It might just be because Emma’s in love with Will and wants to do anything that has to do with him, but she learns to love the Glee Club. Because she knows how much Will cares about it. If you notice, Will agrees to Emma’s favor before he even knows what it is. Which stands on it’s own as you never know what someone would ask you to do, but he agrees because it’s Emma. After Emma tells him she made an appointment for him in the career center he is honestly impressed and touched by her concern. And you know he went to that consoling. Because it was for Emma.
